The racks certainly grow fast. We haven't seen any cows for a few weeks. We live on the flank of the mountains at the edge of the state park. This is calving season and the cows go down into town to drop their calves in an attempt to get away from the bears.Awesome. The symmetry, the velvet, and the colors. Understand racks can grow an inch or more a day. Nice shots. Any Cows or Calves around?
He's definitely adapted to life in the burbs. Doesn't even turn his head to look when dogs bark. He does still keep a casual eye on us if we're out moving around the yard while he's here.Well done Dan. He looks comfortable.
He tolerates the barking as long as the dog is inside or keeps its distance. Doesn't react quite as well if dogs approach him. We love living in this neighborhood. The weather is harsher than in town but it feels more like Alaska.Nice shots, Dan. Interesting that he tolerates the dogs. Sounds like you live in a wonderful area.
Thanks, Woody. Yeah it's really his 'hood.Very nice photos of your neighbor.
