Excellent photos, especially the horned lark.
Like the long shadow of Lark and step action. Very nice low angle sun on these guys. Very nice

I’ve been reading reports that one has been observed at Sandy Hook, about 45 minutes from my house, but the weather has been really bad. I’m going to give it a shot on Saturday.

YAH!!! Dan I finally saw a snowy owl today. There were reports of one down on Long Beach Island, NJ. Drove down, walked about 2 miles looking through the dunes. No luck. Then on my return trip to the car I spotted him or her. Took a few shots before it took off. Not as nice as yours but I’ll take it.
