Beautiful symmetrical shot. Great focus, the water droplets from the fish add to it. For me, the bird needs to "pop" more. Selectively darken the BG, bring up the exposure on the bird (slightly) and maybe a touch more contrast might help.

That background is wonderful! I'd probably add a bit of contrast to the eagle - but careful not to let the shadows get too dark under the wings.
