Nice composition, great job keeping the eye sharp and a good looking Eagle.
The blown out highlights on the white feathers aren't great. Looks like a tough time of day to shoot with the bright highlights in the background and the blown out white feathers. You might be able to pull the highlights down in post processing but a bit of negative exposure compensation while shooting would have helped and a well timed cloud to soften the incoming light or being lucky enough to find such a great subject earlier in the morning or later in the evening would have helped. Eagles, Osprey and similar dark birds with white heads are tough as it's easy to blow out their white feathers but soft light helps a lot.

Thanks for your input.
In that situation I would of dialed in some exposure compensation if using matrix metering or used spot metering for a few shots. Place the spot right in the head. It appears that the bird was pretty cooperative .
