I do not know the bee species but think its a yellowjacket.

Thank you. I spent nearly an hour on different wildlife sites and googled the image to no avail in regards to species. I think it’s a Yellowjacket but the eyes are yellow and look different than most bee species in MO. Do you have any thoughts?
 
Yes, there are a number of yellowjacket wasp species I think. Would be difficult to pin it down. Have you ever posted on BugGuide.net to ID your finds? Or iNaturalist? I use those to ID things I can't. Submit a photo and pertinent information, and an "expert" will usually give you an answer, or at least narrow it down.

Looks like it could be a paper wasp.
