Nice pose and lighting. The catchlight really helps.

The green leaves are distracting and that can be dealt with in post.

Too close for me. I think a little more space around the bird would make a better shot. Agree with Ziggy on the leaves. On the plus side wildlife shots always look better when there is some activity going on such as this.

Nice capture of a home builder, but it has some chromatic abbreviation so it appears a little less sharp than ideal. Maybe either applying a filter that reduces CA or zooming out a bit would help. Yes the green leaves do make a little noise, zooming out might reduce it. I do not like when you remove elements in the image, to me it's fake.

yes , is a bit too close. it looks like is forced ....I don't know....also the details are not very clear.

As stated before, the close crop lost some crispness of the shot and maybe highlighted some of the surroundings that don't add to the shot which is the bird. I think the key here is to pull back to find the best sharpness and deemphasize the leaves.
