Very beautiful image. However the branch and especially the water drop just over his head are a distraction. They could be de-emphasized with a little cloning and brushing? Also the edges have some eye catching spots that lead my eye out of the picture. A little cropping trial and error could help with that. If mine, I would move the crop lines around to eliminate the very bright spot upper right, and maybe include the entire branch that leaves, then curves back into the frame, bottom center, below the bird. I would also experiment with cropping the left side and the tree trunk. Can’t decide if the slice of background and especially the knot in the upper left should stay. Just some possibilities, hopefully helpful.

I love the colors and the rainy atmosphere, with visible drops (all but that one) and the inclusion of habitat, and the position of the bird. The eye looks sharp on my iPad too. Very beautiful photo.

Agree with the evaluation of all that the tweak in the back with the water drop is distracting. I have bluebirds in my backyard as well. I found that they like to sit in particular branches. So what I do is remove the distracting branches around it. Then when the bird sits in its preferred spot, I make a little noise with my mouth so they look at the lens and then I fired a burst of shots. This image has beautiful colors. Thanks for posting.
