I like the image…the composition, the color, the wing position…my only complaint is that to my eye (realizing this is subjective) it looks somewhat overprocessed/oversharpened…something just looks a little off that I can‘t quite put my finger on. If you used a flash (I am assuming you did) it may just be the way the light plays off of the feathers. Either way, it’s a very strong image.

I love the lighting, pose, exposure, and background. For me, I’d add more room on the left of the frame. Noise control looks great, however I agree about the sharpening. It really looks odd to me, almost with a “crunchy” feather appearance.
