Hello friends,
On a recent trip along the Maine coast, I was lucky enough to see these canoeists setting out, just outside of Camden. The light was not in my favor, but the fall color and setting were enough to get my attention.

I love that shot! A canoe on the water in the autumn colors speaks of the outdoors up north to me. Even though kayaks are the "in" thing now -a -days, I'm still very partial to canoes and own a very nice Sawyer Cruiser.
