Chiricahua Mountains--AZ

If you would like to post, you'll need to register. Note that if you have a BCG store account, you'll need a new, separate account here (we keep the two sites separate for security purposes).

We decided to take a little road trip to Portal AZ though the Chiricahua Mountains. The 100-400 and the 24-105 did a nice job. I had the 200-600 with me but everything was pretty close and the 100-400 was plenty.

I grew up on the NM side and it's been 30+ years since I was last in the area... not much has changed and it was just great to be up in the pines.

Very nice series. The Chiricahuas and Portal, AZ have been on my bucket list since the September 2017 Arizona Highways.

Many thanks @MalcolmP :) The area has a lot to offer, tons of photo opportunities. I'm going to make it a point to visit the area a couple times this year. I do hope you get to check it off your bucket list :)

Thanks again,
Hatch
