This forum is for posting macro / closeup photos and getting friendly feedback. It's basically a "show off" forum so have fun!
Recommended maximum image size for horizontal photos is 2000px wide, however, the display area for the images in a post is only 1200px wide and that is the recommended size. For vertical or square images, we recommend 800 ~1200px wide (short side). There is a 2 MB upload limit on each image and a limit of five per post.
Also, please keep in mind the posts in this section are for the original thread poster to display their images. As such, please refrain from adding your own images to a thread in this section that's already started (unless invited to do so by the original poster). If you have photos to show, please start a new thread.

Finally, as a general rule, please be polite in your posts and responses. When in doubt, picture yourself in a room with a couple hundred other photographers - if you wouldn't speak out loud to that group what you're about to post, it's probably best not to post it.
