Add some contrast
For me, the foreground branches work perfectly to accentuate (in a very good way) the five eyes peeking out; gives a wonderful sense of entering into their world. Can't decide if I like best the parent's scowling look or the sh*t eating grin of the chic. Nice job.

Momma and the kids. All in focus. What more could you want. Great Horned Owls are supposed to be invisible! You should be quite pleased with that photo.
