I”m considering the new M1 Mac mini.
I have a windows pc which I can access through my Mac using Microsoft’s Remote os app. … basically it logs onto the pc via the lan and opens a window to the pc….seamless .
I was wondering if I could do similar with the Mac mini But I can’t see any similar apps.
anyone got any experience of using a 2nd tjis way?
Screens 4 (macOS and iOS and iPadOS) will let you screen share the mini…but I would really wait and see what this year's higher end Mac mini bring about…mostly likely we'll see an additional mini model along with the iMac Pro or whatever they decide to call the higher end larger screen model will have M1 Pro or M1 Pro Max. Myself…I'm also looking to upgrade my 27 inch iMac but am slightly leaning toward the mini and a separate screen. at this point since the screen should outlive several generations of computer.

Thank you. One reason for me to keep my 27” and get the Mac mini M1 was that I love the 5k screen, plus I’ll get the performance boost in the mini. The new 27”, yes, it’ll be good, but quite a bit more expensive than the mini.
