This morning I had my first visit to Gould's Lagoon for the year.
There quite a few Black-fronted Dotterel about and were very busy feeding but were surrounded by small flies most of the time.
Others were on a mission.
Chesnut Teal busy feeding.
Purple Swamphen buffeted by the breeze.
I was watching the male Maned Duck which I thought was going to take flight but I was wrong and was fortunate to get the female just after takeoff.
