great...perhaps you could darken the blurred part of the picture...will be more artistic I think! regarding your poll, definitely the picture with the falling water. I see also that all that one voted

Jeff, All great shots. The only suggestion I have with subjects like the great blue who are dark birds with patches of white is to underexpose by about -0.3. That way you don’t blow out the white parts of the bird especially the head. When you review the images you can recover the darker areas using the shadow recovery slider. It works great for me. I use matrix metering when I do this.

All nice shots. Put me down for liking the trailing water off the feet.

I agree with Ralph's point above about managing the highlight on a Great Blue's cheeks. If those aren't hard clipped, I'd probably do a bit of highlight recovery to bring out some detail in the white areas.

One issue with all of these images is that the Great Blue is flying out of the frame in all of them. It's generally a good idea to leave more space in front of a flying bird or running animal than behind it so it has room to continue entering the frame instead of looking like it's headed out the side. If these are crops you might be able to try alternative crops like a 16:9 where there's less room to the left and more to the right.
