Nice looking hawk.

From a critique standpoint (I assume you're looking for feedback since you posted in this sub-forum) the composition and pose aren't ideal. The hawk is basically looking out the right side of the frame and a bit away from the camera. If you have an uncropped version with more room you might try positioning the hawk so its eye is further to the left giving him more room to look into, instead of out of, the frame. It's hard to say much about technical qualities like sharpness, exposure or noise from the small image posted but you might be able to do a bit of highlight recovery to bring more detail into the white breast feathers.

If you'd been lucky enough to get a glance slightly more your way (which doesn't always happen) you might also have picked up some catchlight(i.e. reflection or glint) in the eye which always help bring life to wildlife images.

Overall I'd say if this is a deep crop that you might try a looser crop and I'd probably present a head and shoulders portrait like that in a vertically cropped frame instead of a horizontal unless there's additional elements with visual interest in the right half to give some balance to the image.

It really is a nice looking hawk and from the small image above it looks like you did a good job with exposure and detail and threw the background out of focus to help the bird pop in the frame but I'd work on different compositions through different crops if possible hopefully giving the bird more room for its implied sight line so the viewer isn't drawn out of the frame along with the bird's gaze.
