Thanks much, I am finally getting the hang of it, but my "keeper rate" is not where I want it to be! Looking at most of these posts, I see that I have plenty of work to do.
I have a week of practice coming up, going to see if we can catch some of the elk rut in RMNP next week.

Allen's hummingbird siblings photographed one day after fledging. They are perched on a nylon cord hanging from the ceiling of a deeply shaded patio. A bright beam of early morning sunlight moved across them just as they crossed beaks.
