So i managed to install it anyways on W10 LTSC. But i've got a question: Can anyone explain how i can use the luminance mask with the brush as one could do in the previous LR versions? If i add luminance mask to a brush stroke the whole pic gets selected. I can't figure out how to only apply the luminance mask to the brush stroke..any help is greatly appreciated.

I saw this video and step by step but haven't explored it yet, I'm in photoshop before I start masking anything. Looks like the luminance range is moved up to be in the same group as the other masking tools. Move the luminance range slider to select less?

While I don't use the luminance range mask a lot it seems, as I've used it with the new version, you simply create the mask, then

click, hold and drag to set the luminance range, which can be changed in the luminance range panel, and then click the add or subtract button to fine tune. That's what worked for me. Reading a bit on it might help, too.

A word of warning for anyone using Loupedeck consoles - Lightroom 11 does not play nicely. I understand Loupedeck are working on a fix. All the sliders become progressively slower when the Loupedeck knobs/dials (pots) are turned. Shutting down Loupedeck and restarting does help, but only very temporarily. Using the mouse/touchpad to move the sliders still works fine; but if you’re like me and instinctively reach for the Basics knobs it gets pretty frustrating.
