Thanks, Lisa. I daresay this image was made possible by the faster autofocus speed of the 500mm PF. Until recently I used the 200-500mm F/5.6 and that lens did not grab focus as fast as the 500mm PF does.

Oh...I so get it! I, too, switched out my 200-500mm f/5.6 for the 500mm PF! SWEET!!!!
 
Thanks, Turberticus. This was last week down in Florida. I returned home on Wednesday, passing by Pittsburgh along the way.
You're welcome. One of the few species that I don't have a great photo of. Last spring I saw one bouncing around at eye level on lots of open perches with some early spring foliage, but of course I didn't have my camera with me... maybe this year I'll get my shot! And yes, it looks like Pittsburgh is on the way! I-79?
