Just wondering if anyone knows if your NPS membership level has any bearing on Priority Purchase Delivery. Would a Pro + or Platinum + member receive their order any faster than Pro member?

No. All levels get the same priority access.

I bought a Z9 from Nikon, applied for NPS membership and mentioned I wanted the Z9, got the Z9 in three weeks, the NPS membership the following week. The unpaid level of membership.

The only advantage of the higher levels is the ability in theory to get loaner equipment. Problem in the past is that the window of availability of the lens was so restricted as to be worthless. Priority repairs are part of the deal with any level of NPS membership although this only works if they have the needed parts in stock.
Top level gets 10% back, up to $300, on a single purchase.
