Piping Plover

Enjoyed watching this piping plover last month near Corpus Christi; like the light, but as the water came in and out, couldn't get the perfect reflection.

So not sure if some reflection is better than none, or if no reflection is better as I have some of him just on the sand too. The light was nice at least,
and happy to see this bird.

Great lighting all👍👍

I think both images, especially the first one are oversharpened. The first one also appears a tad too contrasty. I would play around with a different crop for that one, maybe more like a 16x9. Lighting is beautiful!

Thanks; actually there was very little sharpening done in post. I did use Nik Filters "Detail extractor," but at 25%, and Topaz DeNoise which does sharpen a touch too.
