Sandhill cranes

That's a very cool image with nice symmetry, both in the pair of cranes and in their reflections below. I don't know if that's a crop or the original capture but it might have been a bit stronger image with the cranes a bit lower and farther to the right in the frame. That moves the plane of reflection symmetry further from the middle of the image and would give the cranes more room to look up and left so they're not staring out of the frame.

Placing the vertical dividing plane so close to frame center can lead to an unbalanced feeling and its something I generally avoid in things like scenics and reflection shots. Similarly gazing out of the frame can draw the viewers eyes up and out of the frame as well which can be hard to avoid but moving them a bit down and right might help. A slightly looser crop might accomplish those things as well.

The only other thing I might try is a bit of highlight recovery to see if I could pull out any feather detail on the bright necks and backs.

But that's really nitpicking as the shot is really cool.
