Appreciate any feedback on this image. I know that i have a bad habit of over processing images so I am holding back here. Do I need to hold back more?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Good sharpness and the bird is finely isolated from the environment. It's about as perfect a color contrast as it can be with green against red. Colors assists composition, but a fine centering of the bird looks good. You don't document aperture but guess we are >f/4 which suits the isolation from the leaves.
Haven't seen other of your shoots, so can't evaluate in general on over-processing. This one is not over processed in my opinion (unless it's a house sparrow being colorized )
