I like buying damaged lenses and cameras to keep repair or re sell. Parts are difficult but I found a source for most of the parts that get broken when you drop your lens. AliExpress on the internet . Go to Repair Alliance Store within Ali Express.
I just bought a front mount ring for a Nikon 28-300 which I bought with a lump out the filter thread.
Tip ..extend the shipping time to say 20 days as if the supplier does not ship within 6 days you get a refund and you want the part !
