Against convention, a vertical landscape. Taken in early May off of a rural farm road in Indian River County, Florida. (With a lot of work to be done to the image, I'm being impatient and posting this version.)

it is actually an excellent image because it is very simple and effective. I like the silhouettes, the fog or mist and the colour-gradient which goes from blue to red and back to blue. The vertical orientation makes it even more powerful.
It belongs to wall-hangers, IMO

Thank you, ElenaH. I do plan to print it on canvas and display it.

Beautiful shot. I like the mist and silhouettes and colors. I think this shows the "rule" about having only 1 or 2 dominant colors is not true....practically every color in the rainbow here and it is fantastic

Thank you, rduckw. I really hadn't looked at it like that, but mainly concentrated upon the trees and their background. After you comment, I'm seeing more of the depth of the photo.
Fantastic photo. No hesitation, I'd print it and hang it on the wall!
Thank you, Charles. I'm experimenting with printing it and plan to print it as big as my printer will print on canvas with room to stretch it onto a frame. And hopefully, my wife will let it go up on the wall at home. If not, it will go upon the wall in my office.

Regarding printing, you could sacrifice a bit at the top and print the image a bit wider.....if that will help maximize the size that will fit on your printer.

Thank you, Karen, that's a great idea with the extra dead space at the bottom and top of the photo. However, I don't think I'll need to sacrifice much, if any at all, of the photo when printing it in the portrait orientation. So far, I've made a couple of small prints (4x6) on photo paper to work on the exposure. When I print it out on canvas, the final image will be 15-inches wide with one-inch wrapped around each side. The height will likely be about 22-inches to keep a near 4x6 ratio, plus an inch on the top and the bottom for the corresponding wrap on each side. (I'll cut a piece of canvas to 17x24 inches for the final product. Actually, my wife will use her precision fabric cutting tools to cut the canvas. She's a quilter who is very good at precise cutting!)

As an aside, did you sell you Z9? With the Z8 now out, I'm up in the air as to purchase another Z9 or to get a Z8 as a backup MLC.

Yes. I sold one of my Z9's.
