BenQ SW2700PT 27" PhotoVue Photographer IPS LED Monitor, 2560x1440 it is A+ for photo editing. I really like the side screens are a big plus. Easily removed if needed.

It has a CR Card reader on the side along with 2 USB ports.

It is recommended to use its software to color balance (super easy to use with a SpyderX Pro). It comes out of the box balanced, but all monitors need to be recalibrated occasionally.

I use an inexpensive ViewSonic as my 2nd monitor to watch Steve's training videos and follow along on the BenQ.

Thank you.

This was a good discussion from a couple days ago. The Benq mentioned above is a good choice. If budget is tight the Benq SW240 is only $400 and has 99% Adobe rgb.Anyrhing from Benq that says 'photo' you can't go wrong .

Thank you very much

I have a pair of NEC 27" Spectraviews. 2560x1440. Colors are great. A bit pricy but a great monitor. Perhaps not quite as good as the very high end Eizo. From the B&H website
Designed for use in color-critical applications such as photography, advertising, and video production, the MultiSync PA271Q 27" 16:9 Color-Critical IPS Monitor from NEC covers 98.5% of the Adobe RGB color space, 96.1% of the NTSC color space, and 100% of the sRGB color space.

I just purchased the Beq SW2700pt from Amazon. It is out of stock at a lot of places because it has been discontinued. Its replacement, the Benq SW270C costs $200 more. I also looked at the 24 inch Benq SW240 for $399. The SW 2700PT comes with the top/side shields but the SW240 does not (they can be purchased for an extra $99). However B and H photo is right now giving you the top/side shields for no additional cost.
