Hello Bill - Highjacking is encouraged! I just saw the amazing Milky Way shot and look forward to seeing yours. I have a few more, I'll add as well. Would take your advice as to adding to this vs starting a new windmills thread. Four Panels of 3 Focus Stacked shots each. Obviously snowing the morning I shot this and I was parked in a pull off on the side of the highway when the Highway Patrol pulled up. The Officer was just checking that I was OK but then asked what in the world I was taking a picture of? I explained my appreciation of the solitude and the beauty of the scene. He was born and raised here and we had a great conversation. And he told me the best place nearby to spot some Antelope.Malcolm that is good also. Love that composition. I’m looking for somewhat the same in Kansas with post rocks for the fence posts. I think I would like to capture a vertical pano of a country road with the post rock lining one side. And actually seeing yours in the snow would might really set it off. Good idea. Thanks for sharing. If you don’t mind May I attach a couple windmill shots I just got & a Milky Way shot with windmill. BUT I don’t mean to high jack your thread. Maybe start a new one for windmills? Again excellent shot, that is special. The loneliness, exquisite! How many panels on the pano, each single exposures? Thanks
