The White Ibis has the most striking blue eyes. I found this one bathing and grooming itself in Florida recently.
As for striking eyes, I like the aquamarine colour of the eyes of the cormorant, the beautiful turquoise-rimmed, deep red eyes of the anhinga, and the rich yellow of the snowy owl.

Octopus eyes - 2 shots in a burst of an octopus eye. Shots have same time stamp to the second. The coloring around the eye changes as fast as the blink of an eye.
