Out of curiosity. What's the wire and cabling for? In Australia we have many variations on wire and steel "Possum Highways" (colloquial usage) across major highways allowing for different animals to cross safely.

This is a utility cable of some sort, whether for telephone, television, etc. The black, insulated cable is the utility and the bare wire is a support. The heavier cables will be tied to a support cable, and as you see, sometimes it also wraps around the cable.
 
Thanks. There are some amazing animal bridges all around the world now. Just search images on the internet for "animal highways".
