Since I am the thread starter, I will take the privilege of posting the first image. This is a bobcat kitten at Sweetwater Wetlands in Tucson, USA.

Just processed this one: Gambel's quail in a bush at the edge of our condominium complex.

A coyote I saw at the beginning of the week; more relaxed around me than any others I have seen.

Here is a little doe I captured a couple weeks back. Background was boring so I converted to black and white.
I had to downsize considerably to fit on the forum page. Lost a lot of detail in the fur. Sharpening didn't help the situation much.

One from this morning: common raven on a fruiting saguaro at Saguaro National Park West.

Great theme for a thread. I missed this when you first posted it, great idea and great images in this thread!

@Mitesh Unbelievable photo!

A couple of shots from my time in Saudi Arabia. These are native Hamadryas Baboons. Shot with a 590nm IR converted camera and processed in LrC, PS and Nik Silver Efex. Did a different "look" with each photo.

Great image of the cat resting in the tree. Lends itself quite well to rendering without color with the graphic nature of the subject and its background.

Very nice B&W conversion on the Bobcat image, it really grabs and holds the viewers attention. My wife and I visited Tucson in January of 2022 and photographed a Bobcat capturing a Coot one morning at Sweetwater Wetlands. That can be a great spot.

Although I don't have much experience in processing B&W, I did convert this recent underwater image which I felt displayed better in B&W than in color.

The nice underwater shot "forced" me back to my diving shots (14 Aug 2015). This is a large moray eel on the Marble Wreck off Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in the Red Sea. We were celebrating Dive 5000 for our instructor and this was her favorite wreck to visit.
