I found that there are some theme threads here, so I thought to open a new one, dedicated to the funny moments in wildlife.

I am starting this thread with a picture that does not kick asses in the image quality department, but it certainly made me smile.
Isn't that what makes wildlife photography?

Bombs away! Didn't realize what I had captured until I got home and uploaded this to the computer. Good thing this goose wasn't directly overhead.

lol! He seems to be saying, "aaaaaaah!"

Sometimes Ospreys pluck fish from just below the surface, sometimes they go all in ... this one went all the way underwater ... and missed. It looks embarrassed to me.

I'm sure it's not comedy but I took this 7 years ago and every time I revisit this image it puts a big smile on my face.

This one needs proper conversation text. Give it a shot !

Here is a shot from 10 years ago when I was working in Saudi Arabia. These are Hamadryas Baboons near the city of Taif. There are present in large groups with feral cats and dogs. They can be fun to look at, but it is suggected you stay in your car. Posted separately a few years back and reposted for this thread.

Taken on a warm summer day, frozen with a shutter speed of 1/3200 seconds. It is the spout at the top of a fountain in our yard, an interesting demonstration of surface tension and fluid mechanics.

Who knew a Grasshopper had such a big smile?
