Today we'll join the global celebration of International Leopard Day.
The initiative is dedicated to raising awareness about the conservation of leopard species worldwide.
Here are a few from my recent trip to Kenya.

Hare today............gone tonight!

Giza
the Black Leopardess grabs herself a Scrub Hare dinner.
When darkness sets, she's in her element.

Laikipia- Kenya.

Just try and take it from me!

A male Leopard known as Kisiwa in possession of a Dik Dik he had stolen the previous night from Giza the Black Leopardess of Laikipia.
Sadly this was an all too common occurrence, so Giza would always have to sacrifice her first to this naughty thief!

Nikon Z9
Nikkor Z400TC f/2.8 w/tc engaged.
1/1600s
f/4
ISO3600
