Thanks! It's an adult - the immature birds don't have the red eye. That being said I probably need to adjust the white balance. Looks to be a little too warm.
*Edit* Here's the updated white balance. I lowered the magenta from the crown and lowered the cyan from the leaves in the background. I also cooled down the overall photo a bit.
