I think I may have been spotted - Red Shouldered Hawk.

We spotted this beauty in a local cemetery. This could be one of the pair that nests there but no way to tell for sure. Being a cemetery with lots of cars and people visiting grave sites, it is accustomed to people and vehicles. My wife and I pulled to the side of the road and shot a few photos and a short video clip and then drove on. The outside temperature at the time of the photo was 12 degrees Fahrenheit (-11 C).
