This huge cloud cell caught my attention and only really noticed the horizontal smaller formation (probably has a technical term!) during post edits.

I like it. Just for fun, crop the bottom just above the dark shrub and maybe off the top about 3/4 down on the very top cloud puff which will get rid of all that empty blue space in the upper right. For me it makes the clouds much move powerful as they are the clear subject of the photo.

I would change the aspect ratio from fixed to free. Go just high enough to get past the dark shrub at the bottom which is a distraction. Then see how it looks. Then experiment with cropping about half of the very top cloud and see how you like it.
