“Wolf Moon” 🐺 🌖

Last night we got the annual appearance of the “Wolf Moon”. So named from folklore legend as the first full moon of the new year when wolves would communicate with other packs under the bright moonlight….. So out into the night w/Z9+600PF pointed skyward for a couple shots….🥶🥶🥶hmmm. Looks the same as any other full moon to me… maybe an over-ripe orange in the fruit basket…. and no wolves..🫨

Went back to the original image and dropped the contrast….😳! You are so right! Mars jumped up out of the dark sky..wow!
