June sunrise at Marineland on Fl East coast. This is one of the few places between Jax and Daytona to the south where the beach is a mixture of Coquina shelfs / rocks and sand. Only problem with early summer morninngs is the attacks by no-seeums that seem to last until just after sunrise then disappear.

Thank you..Along this stretch of beach are some of the only rocks formations (coquina) along the NE portion of Floridas east coast Most of the beach both further north and further south just composed of sand.
