I was walking around our compound in April 2020 looking for subjects given the country-wide lockdown for Covid. That meant a lot of flowers ad insect shoots plus some cative animals from the small rescue menagrie they maintained for unwanted or otherwisw abandoned pets. This subject presented itself very close to my villa.

Nikon Z6, Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8, VT (Gen 1) with a Canin 500D Closeup lens to allow for closer focusing. Shot at 200mm, 1/125sec, f/11, ISO 1000.
This has been a very productive combo for me. Processed in LrC, 16mp full height square crop.
