Charles, Rich and Bill, Thank you! It was daybreak and I thought I had messed up since it was raining when I got there. There was a break in the clouds and 15 minutes after the shot it was a downpour again. I added the neutral density filter to smooth out the water since it was so windy and choppy. Sometimes a guy gets lucky...
