These are great photos! I agree if you could add the names next time that would be great. But I had Steve looking at them with me and told me what they all were. Again wonderful photos.

Excellent images all. A suggestion? Can you mention their names too? For an uninformed guy like me?:p
Sorry, forgot to do that, I will also try and remember gear used too.
1. Bald Eagle, Mississippi River, Iowa, in a barge on the river, -15 degrees, -25 windchill, Taken Jan 2008, D300 500f4 VR with 1.4TC, hand held.

2. Pretty sure this is a female young goldfinch, Feb, 2009? Have to check my raw image sometime, from a blind at a water hole, D3, Nikon 500 VR with 1.4tc. Tripod

3. American Kestral hovering above me, Summer of 2007, Nikon D200 with 200-400VR. Handheld.

4. Killdeer, 2007, Nikon D200, 200-400 VR with 1.7TC, Handheld laying on ground.

Thanks Rose, see above, and did he confirm the female goldfinch, or it might be a warbler, or sparrow, finch Etc, lol. . I recall this gave everyone fits when I first imaged it... I have it labeled in my raw folder, on my ancient desktop, but used the resized images from my website for size, and ease. But alas... no name, back before I tagged all images with key words and only did dates and places.
