I took those photos in spring 2018 at Cades Cove (Tennessee side of the park); too noisy, I did'nt use them until I discovered Topaz Denoise Al through this forum.
We were lucky to encounter this female with its two cubs; after some reading, I learned that black bears have youngs every two years; those cubs where probably one year and a half old but needed still their mother.

Very nice. Hope she wasn't showing you those big teeth in the first photo because she didn't like you. :)
Thank you for your feedback! Being on the main road, I was very careful to stay at a safe distance of this mother bear, without disturbing this privileged moment; I remember that it was very hot (we can see some flies turning around the head of the bear); may be an embarrassing situation for the bear.

Nice shots, Cristobal! I also discovered Topaz Denoise on here and absolutely love it. If all goes to plan, I am having a knee replacement surgery next week and plan on much of my recovery time being consumed by digging through old photos on the storage drive and seeing what hidden gems I may find.

Thank you Gaknott for your feedback; good luck for your surgery and I hope you will rediscover many of your hidden gems with the help of Topaz Denoise.
