A cold Friday with a bitter wind blowing in from the North Sea and alternate heavy rain showers and sunshine. My objective was to watch and photograph waders but as I walked towards the salt marsh a sudden movement caught my eye. A just focussed and shot four frames before this magnificent and rare creature slipped into the water and swam away from me.
