Two photos from a morning walk around the local lake Wagga Wagga, Australia a month or two back.

It was a bleak and overcast winters morning.

These are posted in the critique forum so presumably that's what you seek?

First shot is nicely composed and exposure looks pretty good. I like the lateral placement of both birds in the frame. Maybe a bit more space on top would be nice. From a technical aspect this looks to be heavily cropped? Noisy, lacking feather detail, and the visible eyes are not sharp/detailed.

Great reflection opportunity in the second image. Compositionally it might present better with less space on right side of frame so the subject is "moving into the frame". For example center the bird's head in the frame rather than the body. Also it would profit by a lower shooting angle. Same technical issues as the first shot.
