A rare moment....

....When an Eastern Gray Squirrel is almost likeable. One of the few times when this one and its buddies are not trying to raid my bird feeder. They live in the forest at the back of my property.

Very nice pose. I like how the green surroundings create a colour contrast with the coat of the squirrel. I guess it's resting a bit or maybe simply contemplating the next move on the bird feeder.
