A thousand Thanks aren’t enough!!

To everyone on the forum, Steve in particular for putting it together, I want to offer the most sincere THANKS! Still considering myself a novice to photography, but with help of everyone on this board, offering very positive suggestions, sharing your techniques and overall encouragement, we had the following photos printed on acrylic by Bay Photo Labs to hang up in our basement along with other photos purchased through the years ( from professional photographers). Without all of your help I wouldn’t have been able to even approach captures that I have. Sincerely thanks to all! It’s been an absolute blast to learn & use these skills!🥰

Congrats on your wall hangers. I especially like the 3rd one which looks like an old abandoned grain elevator.
Thank you Bill. It’s a tile elevator that was experimental as they were trying to move from wood, for obvious reasons. Apparently there were more than a few built throughout the Midwest but apparently temperature control wasn’t very effective & they soon found concrete. But after discovering this one, actually just driving by it in southwestern Kansas, I’ve found a few more still standing around the Midwest. I had never seen one before, but interestingly this one is located fairly close to where my wife grew up in southwestern Kansas. She also however, didn’t know it was there.
Thanks again, Bill

Well said & well done, Bill. There's nothing about these shots that say Novice to me. I hope you have a large basement cause I know you have other "wall hangers" and you're not done yet. You know there are opportunities out there that will result in shots you'll hang Upstairs. You know I like your Prairie / Windmill shots! Congratulations.

Hey Malcolm, thanks immensely! Based on your results, that means a great deal to me. Bill

Nice heartland feel shots. Love sunbvurst windmill.

Really like the grain elevator shot! Glad to hear that Bay Photo did a nice job with the acrylics. I use them a lot, but they have had to re-do a few recent jobs for me. They were very kind about it, so I cannot complain, but QC could be taken up a notch to prevent some problem work from leaving the lab.

Great shots, Bill. With these I would say you've moved out of novice status into seasoned photographer. :)(y)
Thanks Rassie, you’re one of the main folks who have helped me along this journey, but there are others so I don’t want to single people out, but you’ve been a great help. Thanks so much. N
