A Trick for Looking Up Hyperfocal Distances

If you were to pick up my Z 5, press the photo playback button, and click the Multi Selector one photo to the right to see the first photo in my second memory card, you would see the picture below. I originally had a chart for each of my lenses, but this one squeezes all the useful numbers into a single screen. The photo is protected to avoid accidental removal, and is always close at hand.
The yellow and orange colors depict potentially lower resolution as interference comes into play, but has no relation to the hyperfocal distance.
Just beware: I don't guarantee that these numbers are exactly correct. They are for a full frame camera (I have a different one I used for my D7200).
