Accidental wildlife photo?

I say accidental as I had no intention of looking for or shooting wildlife. Does this count? :cool:
Walking my dog at my local lake, we happened upon a blue heron. My dog didn't seem to be phased by it, the heron kept a careful eye out, but wasn't spooked.
