This is my first post here.... wow, not sure why the color looks so washed out here. The beak and talons are more orange, but when I posted here, it was washed out.. any idea why that would be?

@sharonM regarding washout. I would suggest it is probably in how you are saving or exporting your file. If you are looking at your image in say PS, it will be in a 16 bit mode and if you select "save as" jpeg, it will automatically save as 8 bit. Here you need to use "save for web" which will automatically embed the sRGB information on conversion. If exporting from LR, you can change things in the file settings area. Check out @Steve post here with a video and LR preset that may help you.
