I'm purchasing an apple studio computer and need a monitor to accompany it. I was all set to get the Apple Studio Display, but have been reading up on it and many people don't recommend it due to the low 60hz refresh rate, the poor quality webcam, and the fact that the panel is an IPS. I currently have a 2014 27" iMac and it appears Apple is still selling that exact display.
I thought it might make sense to look at other displays to compare. I was thinking I should stay with a 5K monitor and preferably keep thunderbolt connections. Would appreciate suggestions of what would fit neatly into the Apple ecosystem. Thanks!
