This was taken this past summer. This was on a touristy lake near Lake Nakuru NP. They offer boat rides around the lake to look at hippos and other wildlife/birds. The lake has an abundance of African Fish-Eagles and our guide for our trip had a specific boat captain that understood what photographers needed.

So we paid a bit extra for a bucket of fish, went out on the lake and motored along the shoreline, about 100 yards or more out. When he spotted an eagle, he would position the boat giving us the best perspective light wise, and then whistle and throw the fish chunk into the water. The eagle would invariably come flying in and pick up the fish and fly off, giving us great photo ops. The light was pretty bad, it was near mid-day, but it was pretty cool just the same.
